I live in NY, so we have had this for awhile. I just checked it yesterday as the school sent a warning about a level 2 pervert. Sorry if my language is harsh, but if you abuse a kid sexually, you have BIG problems and I have NO SYMPATHY...

I am not sure about EVERY state, but we in NY can also check for offenders by accessing www.criminaljustice.state.ny.us.

You'd be surprised what creeps are hanging around, but worse yet are the ones NOT registered.

I suggested all parents check out the Megan's Law website. It has great info on keeping your kids safe...the perverts are more likely to be a person you know, not a stranger.... :eek:

We have 5 zip codes in Bakersfield and there are 28 in mine! :eek: I checked the mobile home park where I sell homes and there is also one here. :( I told the park manager and the worst part is that in the State of Ca you cannot deny residency based on criminal record. :mad: In Arizona we could turn down anyone with a criminal record.
