your whole "life" -job, friends, family, etc. to another city, would you? Where would you go? I actually would like to live in New Orleans or San Francisco, but don't suppose that will ever happen!

When I was little, I wanted to live in either Denver or Canada. I've lived in Denver 25 years and really like Colorado, but would like to move down to Pueblo someday.

Like Colorado, just a little tired of the big city.

Yes if I could move everyone, friends, family and all I would move farther south. I would choose somewhere flat, where you can look miles and miles and it is flat. I would never have a 2 story house again and I would have a back door I could just step right out of. I would like to be right in the middle of things. Somewhere near the middle of Florida or around Tallahassee or Tampa would be nice. I do love Birmingham where I am now if I could get a few changes made, changes to the house and family closer. When they live across town it can take an hour to get there. We've lived in Va, it was beautiful but it can get pretty cold. We have lived in south Florida but that is too far from the rest of the "world". But if I could take all family and friends there , yes I would go there too. What I have really always wanted to do was to spend a month or two living in really different far away places but still in the US. That is what I thought we would do when retirement came. But life situations change things we think we will do. I am happy just to get up every morning ALIVE. :o

OK - fantasy from the old one :D I still co-own 24 acres in the area. I'd like to build a house each for my 3 kids, one for me, one for oldest grandgirl. I would want Tice back alive and healthy. I would like our 6 ponies back alive for the grandkidlettes to ride. No more 2 story house for me either. Want large rooms, 3 BR, 2-1/2 bath, big eating area to hold all the family at special times where we could all eat at once. The cook and staff would serve up the vittles, clean up the mess, do dishes and put them away. That's my imaginary fantasy :)

I'm happy where I am, in MA in the middle of nowhere, I can drive to malls, but I have NO NEIGHBORS! All lovely fields and woods around me. Its so hard to find places without neighbors around here, we have all the Boston people moving out west, it stinks!

We lived in New Orleans when DH and I were first married, I probably wouldn't mind living there again, I definitely prefer New Orleans to Atlanta. New Orleans is the only place in Louisiana I'd want to live.

I wouldn't mind moving back to SC, but DD swears she'll never live there again. I'd also be happy in Asheville, NC, but only if I could buy either the house my grandparents or Aunt and Uncle lived in (they're in the same neighborhood).

I'd keep my 2 story house, but I'd have someone come in twice a week just to vacuum the stairs (can you tell what I just finished doing?).

I'd have my son back and both kids and grandkids nearby.I'm one of those obnoxious spoiling Nanas and I could do so much more spoiling if the grandkids weren't two hours away.

If I could choose anyplace and money and such weren't a problem...I'd move the whole kit and kaboodle to Highlands.NC.

In the mountains in North Carolina. Peaceful and beautiful. And nothing is too far from a small town. I love going there.

Lil ole podunk town called Dewey in Oklahoma. I grew up there and I couldn't wait to get out to a "big city". Been in a big city for 13 years now and I'd give anything to be able to move back to my lil country town and raise my kids in a safer place.

I would probably stay right where I'm at, in So Cal. Can't beat the weather... 80 degrees yesterday. But I would have to get away once in a while to escape the crowds and congestion. Then I can go to Arizona which is so close by.
