Is there a way to get the page to move up and down when the arrows do not show up on the right side?

I am on a site and says click the buttom which is at the bottom of the page but cannot get page to move as no arrows.
So is there a trick to using the keyboard someway?

You can try using the page down button, or if you have a mouse with the scroll click the middle scroll and pull mouse down while holding button.

I always try using the tab button or using my arrow key on the keyboard.

I've had some popup windows that have done this. If the first two suggestions don't work, another thing to try is to highlight all the text on the page with your curser by dragging down and to the right. That will sometimes work if the other ideas don't.

Also, you can go up to the upper right-hand corner and click on the middle of the three boxes. Sometimes that works.
