Hey what kind of swap can we do? [Archive] - Big Big Forums

I was wondering about doing a swap but have NO clue as to how to go about setting one up.I am kina hoping someone used to doing them will gimme a helpful shove LOL :D My idea is that I KNOW everyone has a ton of goodies left after the holidays,meaning cookies,candies and the like (even that box of candy your mom in law gets you that you HATE LOL) and really don't have anything to do with them.I was thinking of doing a swap of goodies like that.What I was concerned about is what the schools are concerned about (at least our schools) In ourschools you're not allowed to send anything HOME MADE,It has to be wrapped and unopened from a store.Could we regulate something that might make it fun and easy to do it here?Could someone let me know?I'd really love to do this.I do a cookie exchange with a friend every year,like a snack party.I ALWAYS have TONS left over that I can't possibly eat all of.Please if anyone can,give me some direction!

What about doing christmas ornaments. I know it's a little late but they will be going on clearance soon and they would be more affordable. I always wait till after the holiday's to add to my collections. Well just a thought.
