I'm so ticked! I got in on the Swiss Colony deal when it was posted, but decided to delay shipment because my entire order is being used as Christmas gifts. However, I just got this email from Swiss Colony:

Now, I understand that this was the 'free' part of my order since I got it from ordering from their site, but these were supposed to be Christmas gifts and we have no $ as it is. I'm so disappointed. :(

You know, Jamie, I was going to order from them a few months back for Christmas because my catalogue had a ton of "free coupons" w/order. When I went to do the actual order, the "freebies" were mysteriously unavailable....I said, forget it..

You can't get something for nothing....it's true. I've ordered from them several times over the years but I don't think they should be out of samplers...bait and switch??

Bake some cookies or cakes yourself and put them in a nice tin and give them out... :D

I was going to order a 2005 calendar from Amazon until I realized that the ship date was March!!

I'm sorry they done you like that. I got my order the other day and I think we ordered from the same post.... over in deals? Maybe you could email or call them and ask if they could throw something else in as the freebie since the freebie you were supposed to get isn't available? (((Hugs)))

Some of our order was delayed too. Like you, I was counting on it for Christmas, as money is really tight this year. This thing happened to us a few years ago, which probably explains why I didn't order from them for awhile. Now the only way I can see to get myself out of this mess is to recycle gifts. We have several friends that send Hickory Farms from the west coast. Maybe I can just rewrap them.
