Question about rewards

When it's time to request rewards what page do I go to? Do I just go to the rewards page and they will be listed, if I get there in time? Thanks!

I tried that once and nothing happened. I assumed the prizes would be underlined or something, but I logged in several minutes before the scheduled time and kept refreshing and never saw anything. The number of available prizes was still 15 or whatever then all the sudden everything was gone. Did I miss it that quickly?
