I can't even roll out of bed ontime anymore because it's too darn cold. I usually like being cool when I sleep, but this is rediculous. I'm wearing shorts, me sweet pants, and my track pants. Plus a long sleeve shirt, a sweatshirt, and my jacket. The heater is running and I'm still freezin'! It's 43... which is probably warmer then where a lot of you live where it snows, but I am so not used to this! I don't think it was this cold last year. I have to walk to the bus stop in 45 minutes and I am so dreading it. I can't even put on proper clothes because I'm too cold to change. My poor nose is stuffy too. :( After school I'm coming home and crawling back into bed...

I agree...I am so sick of this cold weather. But, I am in Wisconsin and have to deal with it! LOL
The sun is out and it has warmed up a bit already today, but still cold. Here's what we have right now (and it is supposed to snow MORE today),,,

Here in the sunny south it was a bit crispy outside but it will warm up to a nice 65+ degrees. I haven't brought in any of my plants yet because they are outside and blooming. Including the honeysuckle.

Maybe I am a oddity (well, that's true :D ) but I like the cold much better than the heat.
Cold==you can put on a sweater.
Too hot==you sweat and have to "live" in air conditioning.
Hope it warms up for you on the other coast soon, Suzie! :)

My boyfriend said yesterday the news reporters were at his work (Target)... the reason why? Everywhere around here is sold out of electric blankets, so they just did a quick shooting of the empty shelves. :p

I am overweight and was always hot. I would go shopping and the hair on the back of my neck would be wet. I thought it was because I am fat. I too hated it. I thought being hot all the time was miserable. But now I have trouble with anemia and I am cold all the time and that is just as miserable. The only time I feel truly warm is when I get in bed under all my covers at night. I am in the south. And when it is 70 outside I have my thermal underwear on. It seems our bodies don't adapt to the temp changes as easily either after we get older. Good luck and try to stay warm.
