I have this LARGE bag of chicken breasts (on bone) and I want to make chicken strips for dinner tonight. Right now the chicken is completely frozen... my question is... what is the easiest way to take it off the bone and remove the skin??

Should I cut it frozen, wait until it thawed or bake it in the oven then take it off the bone??

I want to bake it first, but if I do that, is the chicken going to tough when I flour it a then fry??

I don't like to cook and if I didn't have this uncontrollable craving for homemade chicken strips, I'd just go to KFC LOL

How about boiling it??? Not sure if they would be tough or not??? Good Luck!!!

I'm pretty sure you defrost poultry by soaking it (in the bag) in cold water, changing the water every 10-15 minutes.

I'd defrost it in the microwave. It's faster and doesn't change the texture. Then cut it into desirable size pieces, cook and enjoy :) Do not over-nuke or it will start cooking it - yukky :p
