We have been doing this for years - as soon as the turkey is out of the oven and cooled enough to touch - me, my sister and a family friend all fight over the skin off the turkey. LOL
It wouldn't be Thanksgiving if their wasn't "bickering" over that skin...LOL

OH NO THE SKIN IS THE BEST PART!!!, lol my mom would kill me if i tried to get the skin at her house, but this year its just me and the boys, unfortunately my oldest as finally figured out the skin is the best

The skin is so yummy. Me and my mom fight over it every year! This year I will have to fight MIL for it!

YES!!! it is the best part! that is about the only but of the turkey i eat on thanksgiving day. i fill up on everything else and then...... for two or three days, i can not get enough of turkey sandwiches!!!!

I love the skin on turkey and chicken as long as it is crispy.

I prefer crispy chicken skin. Dad always carved the turkey and seems everyone got a little bit of the skin on each slice.

Wow, I'm not the only skin lover here. :D But it was so hectic getting dinner ready for 15 (a lot for me) that I totally forgot about the skin. Oh well.

My Dad & I fight over it every year! Definitely the best part. I have to agree - MUCH better when crispy! :D
