Does anyone know of a website that will tell me about walking for my health? I know its healthy, but I am looking for more specific info such as how long/far do I need to walk at a time for it to be beneficial for weightloss.
I am not looking to drop a ton of weight super fast, I have heart problems and have to do it at a slower pace, so walking is the route I have to go (and watching my food of course)
So I know that if I only walk 2 minutes a day, its not going to do me any good (I do walk more than that lol) but am just trying to find out at what point does the miles/time become the most beneficial.
Did that make ANY sense at all?? LOL
