Please Help ? about paypal buyer claim

Hi i have a ? about a buyer claim that someone has put on me with paypal. I have already sent the items not sure why it has been done. I just sent parcel post without a tracking #, but i do have the reciept in which has the town,state, zip & some other info on it. Is that good enough proof that i sent this item. or not.

I'm not sure. I think it's a good idea to get a Delivery Confirmation. It only costs around 40 cents & it has the tracking #.

This would be a valid question to ask paypal. I have found their customer service to be pretty good.

Things DO get lost or are delayed in the mail.
