Does anyone know how long it takes to recieve a gc from epoll?

I gave up. :( It was well over a year and nothing. I just delete their emails now, hoping that they eventually send them.

someone posted before that if you answer the surveys with answers like "Epoll doesn't send rewards that it promises" that they will send your reward right away. So I tried it and guess what, they sent it real fast. So the next email, you can try to do that if you want

it took me over one year, finally i told them i was contacting the BBB (which a link is on their sight), and boom.... 5 days later my $3 starbucks card was in my mailbox, yes i know it was only $3, but i earned it,lol!!!!!

I always wait about 4 months after redeeming and then e-mail them. I usually get a standard form e-mail back but then get my gc within a week or so

Yep I do the same exact thing....I have noticed they never send the GC on their own..only after I start emailing them is when I get it.

I ordered two Ben & Jerry ice cream coupons, one in May 2004 and one in July 2004, and I just got them this week, In November.

Gee whiz-thanks for the heads up! So does anyone think that it is worth doing their surveys considering how long it takes to be rewarded?

I ordered in May and August of this year, and just received both certs.

I keep doing their surveys because they may take a bit of time but I've gotten them all! :)

I usually have to bug them at least twice before I get anything ... threaten them with the BBB, etc. But I eventually do get the certificates.

This company IS reliable, you just have to give them a "gentle reminder" once the time frame stated has passed. I do like the others, and email them politely requesting fulfillment. They always comply with in a week.

Can't remember when I ordered (Sept/Oct, I think) but I got my Target gift cards yesterday. Epoll does seem to take their time with redemptions, but I've gotten everything I've ordered so far.
