I just bought a backpack for a camping trip. On the inner flap of the small outside pocket is a signature -- "Collin Temple ( I think it is Temple) #41.

Any ideas who this is ??

The backpack is green and gold if that is any help.

Green and gold is the Packers, but I don't know a Temple...I don't think they even have a # 41

Edited to add, it could be the Oakland Athletics too.

It isn't a "team" backpack -- just one like the kids use for school. My first impression was that it was a child's name inside the bag - then I realised it was a signature. I am thinking it is more likely to be a college player than pro.

There's a Colin Temple who plays/played football for Merrimac college in North Andover, Massachusetts(#41). Judging by pics on their website, their colors are gold and green.

We found it ! The name is "Collis Temple" - he is a starter for LSU Basketball #41
