Day 29 for mightyman! No fast food, no fried foods. And...

Weight loss of around 14 pounds!!! (give or take a couple!)

Seems his britches are old, they're all saggy from 'being washed.' Uh huh.

AND...he made it through a 4 day vacation for his sister's wedding without junkfood and eating healthy! Worked out, danced at the reception.

This man is on his way!!! Check out his blog and give him some kudos!!!

First off you are doing an outstanding job sticking to your eating and exercising regime. I am so proud of you! You already know you can do it because you are doing it!
Quit being so hard on yourself! I think for the most part 95 percent of us have battled with our weight in some way or another. If you think you not gonna lose weight then you know you probably arent going to but if you make up your mind and decide to do it then you are setting yourself up to succeed. You are not an ugly person! Get that through your skull! When you look at those pictures you need to see a person who is doing their best to lose weight and he is doing a fantastic job, you dont need to be so hard on him!
I hope I made some kind of sense here. I feel like I am rambling but I am trying to get my point across. Stay positive Allen!

Okay, I met Allen in person in August. He is in Atlanta and my dot was doing a 12 week clinical there. He was a great help to Sarah. We went down to visit for a weekend. First off, Allen is NOT ugly. He's good-looking, funny, warm, sincere. And second, I could tell from the pictures of his sister's wedding that he has definitely lost weight.

I'm gonna kick your caboose Allen. :D
