Saturday 11/6 dinner thread...

I didnt see one so here goes....

Me and DS are having chicken breast stuffed with cheese and broccoli. DH is having his stuffed with rice and mushrooms. Im not sure what Im fixing with them yet.

For desert I think I will let DS bake a cake or some brownies or something(with mommy's supervision, of course!) .... he gets so bored when the other kids are at the ex's on the weekends :(

we went to the olive garden tonight, i had a coupon for $4.00 0ff so we went and enjoyed ourselves.

I ate 3 chicken breast strips and a baked tater with cheese and Parkay on it and a banana for dessert. Sure miss the family being on vacation. Easier to cook for 4 than for one. Plus the kids do the clean up and load the dishwasher :D

Let's see, there was some kinda tater dish, soup, shredded beef sandwiches, meat rolls, chips, hot dogs wrapped in crescent rolls.
carmel/chocolate apples, & cinnamon raisin spice cake.
