I've jsut gotten two fondue pots and I am going to have family over for a fondue party. They are kind of a trial run before I have one for my friends. lol I have only ever done fondue once and never prepared it myself so anyone who has experience I would love advice. I'm trying to find a cheese fondue without any alcohol, not an easy feat as I've discovered. Does anyone know of one?
I'm really excited but a bit nervous as well. :)

Here's one that my mom uses:

Quick Cheese Fondue

2 cups milk
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon mustard powder
1 clove garlic, peeled/crushed
3 Tablespoon flour
6 cups shredded cheddar cheese

In a medium saucepan over low heat, mix together first five ingredients. Heat until almost boiling. Gradually stir in cheese. Continue heating until all the cheese has melted. Keep the mixture warm and melted in a fondue dish.
