I don't have AOL, but I get an odd error message pop-up (will pay attention to it next time and post it) and the computer seems to freeze, then goes back to normal after I close the pop-up. NEVER happened before with the old Max...hmmmmmmmmmmmm

Hi
I use MSN and had the same problem. Think it was my "Dell from Hell" I tried several times and got the same result. I finally opened Explorer and tried. That worked for me fine--didn't shut down my computer. HTH someone.

Thank you for sharing the information about using IE instead of AOL Browser. When I clicked on MAX if shut my computer down immediately. I have AOL. Thought I wasn't going to be able to participate this year but now I will try IE when he is spotted next week.

Thanks again for the advice. :)
