I am going to take the Police officer exam in my local town and I am in decent shape but can't do a push up to save my life? I need help! Is there anything I can do to get my body to be able to do them? The agility test requires a woman my age to be able to do:
1.5 mile run in 15.05 minutes
32 sit ups
15 push ups
The run and sit ups are a piece of cake I can do the run in 9 minutes and the sit ups are easy as well. Any advise???
Thanks!
Kelly

I rarely like to reply to threads that I know are going to go down, but firechick, you said at 3:19 today "I was going to try out for the police officer trainee but did not due to my cancer and all that I will have to endure afterward."
I am just posting because I am confused. Are you not trying out? Hope all goes well with your surgery.

well its all a moot point, cause even if she passed the writte & physical agility tests, there is now way with liver/pancreatic cancer that she would ever pass the retirements medical physical
