We won't know for a few more weeks still alot of things that we have to do and boy did I not ever know you had to do so much to buy a house LOL We have to get the loan all in order and we are waiting to see if we will have to pay the closing cost or if they will pay them or if we will go half's on it and then we have to get a survey done and a pest inspection and another inspection of the house and get the appraisal before we will know if they will loan on it YIKES I don't know if I will get though this or not LOL.

Bears, you are a tough cookie. You can do it. Sounds like at least 3 months. Try not to be discouraged. Stay calm and think positive.

When it is all said and done it will all be worth it!!! That was a mighty fine hacienda and you and yoru family deserve it. I will keep my fingers crossed that things work otu for you. :) :)

I want that house!!!!! 3 MONTHS!!! oh okay now that I have gotten up off the floor from passing out now I think I can I think I can LOL..."patience is a virtue" OH NO I have NO Patience at all LOL.

Awwwwwwwwwwww you can do it..the wait may seem like forever, but the reward will be forever when the house comes to reality.

The wait is horrible and it seems to drag on forever but once you get the final date and sign those papers it will all be worth it. ;) We are signing papers on our house on the 29th of this month and it seems to be taking forever to get here! lol This is our first home and we are very excited. We can't wait to move in and make it ours so I know how you feel! I'm sending lots of good vibes your way! :)
