Aarruugghh!! Bf Update

This cowardly LOSER has again entered a "no plea" on assaulting me, again..3 times I get summoned from work, and I have to go for this, he shows up in dirty work clothes and keeps saying to his PUBLIC Defender, I am trying to get my own attorney, and she tell's that to the Judge and the State has said, next time, November 22, you have you attorney here, or this is it, The State and the Judge will set the TRIAL...what an idiot..he was offered, 2 years probation and the assault knocked down to a "dis-orderly", Men's anger management, and a $500.00 fine and he said.."NOPE"..Well the State attorney told me since when he was in JAIL he had called me at the house, that pushed his bail up to $3,000., right there and he has been offered free by law consuel, he refuses, and he never has the said "attorney" in the works, and hasn't sought any outside therapy, that was the BEST, he could have been offered, and since my face is in a picture, the State promises me, it will not be the same offer again... so that makes me feel better and worse........and I have got to get it together to get out of here and WORK is NUTS at best, and since the Duplex, I am living is FOR SALE and now for RENT,as well, I think no one would rent it with that there, my LANDLORD is trying not to be nice and says I gotta go by the 31st of October, and I offered him $100.00 and a cleaner place if I can stay 2 extra days and get a mover here for a fairer price..otherwise the mover has to hold my stuff over night...WWAAHHAAA!!!! :( :( :( !!!!

hang tough . your landlord has to go to court to get you out. so don't sweat the extra few days you have to stay there. he can't do anything about it. i know its stressful just the same but you gotta do what you gotta do. as long as he doesn't have eviction papers in his hand [which would give you time to get out anyway] he can't change the locks or take your furniture and stuff. actually, he can't even enter your apartment unless he has good reason to suspect a fire/flood/danger of some sort.

Im surprised that he gets to keep putting off his court date. Even though he is your bf and you are not married I would think they would still consider that "domestic abuse" since you lived together. When I got tired of letting my ex hit me I finally called the police one night and they took him right in. I had no say in it. The STATE pressed the charges,etc. It was out of my hands once the police took him away, barefoot and all. He spent the night in jail and went to court the next morning without an attorney and was ordered to spend X amount of days in anger management for married men courses plus a fine. Mind you that was over ten years ago and Im sure its different for different states, etc.

Unfortunatelly, some guys get it and some don't and obviously he doesn't and he is not admitting that he did anything wrong, that is his mentality and it will not be changed unless he is mandated to go to counseling and maybe not even then. I am just concerned about you, be careful and keep you cell phone handy. If he doesn't think he did anything wrong and if he is angry at you you just have to watch out. As far as the landlord, how awful is that cause I am sure he knows what happened. It is not like he can move someone in right away the place has to be painted. well, I am going to cal the landlord next week or so, and just tell him since he accepted my rent on the 5th and you can in this state and I gave my notice, on techinical, that is when he accepted it, however, in said lease, I believe it says NO MOVING after November, and me the EXHAUSTED, stupid LAW STUDENT, have no clue what I should do, but still, I think he has to let me do what I need and no matter, no one is gonna move here with FOR RENT and FOR SALE, sign's, in that case, should people want to move the new owner could PUSH them out in 90 days and that makes a bad time to move in Minnesota..so PRAY this goes ok, I mean $100, for 2 days..gimme a break....PLEASE?? ANd I don' even have to offer that and in my notice I stated, moving November 1..AARRUUGGHHH!
