I am so ticked off right now. We rented a car on the 18th to go to my grandmothers funeral. We needed it for just one day but needed it at 7 am. Since they didn't open until later, they let us pick it up the night before at no charge. We dropped it off late that night. I put a deposit on it and they were suppose to take the fees out of the deposit. np. I called last monday to get a total. Called this morning to see when I was going to get the rest of the deposit back. Was told that they were closing that transaction out today and it should be in my account today. Takes them a week?? :confused: So I stopped by the bank to see if it was there. Well they did credit me some of it last week but are $85 short :mad:
I just called them back and was told that I was charged for 2 days instead of 1. None of this was told to me on the first call or is documented on my paperwork. I got the run around and "we will call you back" BS. So I am waiting on that
Then to top it off, I went to pick up my pay stub. I had taken 2 days funeral leave. I was paid for it but for that whole week they dropped my pay .75 hr. :mad: :mad: :mad: Not only was the funeral pay dropped but that whole week was. I'll have to check into that when I go back to work.
GRRRR I just hate getting the run around when it comes to money. Hopefully I can get this settled before DH gets involved.. hes not as nice as I am about it ;)

WHAT!! How can they drop your hourly wage .75 an hour when you are off for funeral leave? There is something very wrong with this picture. It's like they give you funeral leave but then take it back by deducting the time off your pay. I think this requires a call to the labor board. They can't pay you one amount one week and another another week. This is not right.
