Does the Webcertificates have the CIN# security code on it, Most CC have them.

I am trying to make a purchase from ticketmaster.com, but they require you to have the #CIN 3 digit number from the back of the card. I am trying to use my Paypal debit bar, but it does not have one. I was just going to hopefully get a webcertificate or something else. If they had the CIN#
