Just wanted to check in. We got here Monday. We put a bid in yesterday on a house and we're waiting to hear if the owner's accepted the offer. I hope we get it. It's beautiful!!! I'm on the hotel computer so I'll check in again when I can. :)

Nana she moved to Savannah...its like 3 hours or so from me...bummer, but you never know, we have been wanting to go to Andersonville, so maybe when we do she can at least meet us for lunch.

According to my logic - HA - that means you only live 1-1/2 hours from each other. 3 hours divided by half where you meet :D :D

Good luck with getting the house and welcome to the South! You're about an hour and a half (give or take) from me. I'm in the Charleston, SC metro area. You'll love the people down here, the more relaxed pace and, for the most part, the weather. You got here at a great time, the weather couldn't be better now!

never can we ever argue with Nana's logic, she has her ways, for instants a cage....that in its self is enough, if you don't believe me ask Crick...yikes.

I am in Cumming that is just north of Atlanta, we are called Metro Atlanta...lol..not sure where Warner-Robbins is right now, I know we have been through it though during our travels, I will have to go to mapquest and find out. Curiosity getting the best of me.

edited to add mapquest was no help since I spelled it wrong..lol..so I got out the atlas, and I am approx I would say 1-2 hours north of there.maybe even 2-1/2 hours. Its right outside of Macon and we have been there a couple of times.

We're actually in Hinesville. :) Our bid was accepted!!! Here's the only picture online I can find. It's fuzzy though. (I brought the digital camera but forgot the cables to upload. )http://c21images.cendant.com/C21/10004621/0001/LISTING/3CC99CD2-ABD1-405D-899B-171FEE50B1AF.JPG

Hi from Denton GA. I've lived here all my life (33 years) and wouldn't live anywhere else. That only holds true until some of my family starts getting on my nerves and then Alaska isn't far enough way. Welcome! :)
