Help, new to contests

I have never did any type of contest or sweep. Do you guys ever win at this stuff? What are some good sites?

I have won at rewardtv, won the daily $50 and a pair of movie tickets as well as numerous auctions and shopping sprees. I have also won the daily $100 from mysurvey.com. US99 had a good program where I got a couple of nice things from point trade ins but they haven't had any in a while.
