They only take about 5 minutes or so and you recover in a day. I had one done after a miscarriage years ago. Nothing to worry about. Will be thinking of you...it sounds scarier than it really is. Good Luck and remember no worries. ;)

Ive had a couple of them. 3 to be exact---and sha is right, they sound worse than they are. Just stay on your pain med and by day 2 you will be feeling great.

I had one after a miscarrage and because I had a cold I could'nt be sedated and it wasn't bad. I felt a little crampy while it was happening but once it was done I was fine. Don't worry. The fear is worse than the surgery.

I've had 5. No big deal. Being put to sleep is what makes you feel bad afterwards. Hope things go well for you. Hang in there.Angie

Don't worry they aren't bad at all. You won't have much pain at all. I mainly just felt a little tired for a day or so. Mine was 30 years ago so I'm sure it's even easier these days. You'll be fine and after it's over you'll wonder why you were so worried.

I also had one after a miscarriage and didn't have any trouble at all. Good luck to you.
