There is a post there by Patchouli that may help you. I have never put a picture up before so I can't really help.
You must upload it to a host site first I do now that.

www.photobucket.com is a great hosting site. After you upload your pics, the code to use is at the bottm so all you have to do is copy and paste it to here.
