Hi, ever since I changed my Mypoints email address to my yahoo account, I noticed I havent received any bonus emails. Does anyone else have this problem?

I have been using yahoo for ages with mypoints. Sometimes they go to the bulk folder but I do get them.

I had a similar problem years ago with my Mail.com mailbox, so I started using my AOL accounts. It seems that some of the free-mail services have more stringent policies about where mail is accepted from. By that, I mean that if a message appears to be spoofed or relay'ed, it might be rejected.

Since I switched to my paid (aol) account, I've been getting a good number of messages weekly.

An example of the relay/spoof phenomenom... Coca-cola, which owns many (many many) brands, has a small number of mail servers, so since each brand doesn't get its own server, they share, and the address is (legitimately) spoofed to make it match the brand.
When I was participating in Sprite's bottle-cap promotion a while back, I was losing winning messages because my free-mail service was bouncing them as being spoofed. When I switched to my AOmaiL box, I get every winning message I was supposed to get. (Finally, AOL comes through.. Hehehe)

I cannot say why this is happening, but the evidence seems to fit.
My best guess would be that in an effort to save space and cut costs, they simply block anything that doesn't "appear right" in their view, which affects legitimate mailers as well as those who would abuse the feature.

If you have a "real" (paid) mailbox available (perhaps from your ISP), try creating a new address for your Points programs and see if start getting mails again.

I have Yahoo! and I always get emails fine.

I use Yahoo and I get them also.

I switched out of Yahoo mail because I was either being spammed or I wasn't getting the messages I wanted. Just recently I've noticed more MyPoints messages coming in to my ISP account, more than I've seen in the past few months. I don't know how many, if any might be collected by software Comcast uses to ward off junk mail.

I have yahoo and I don't have any problems, with spam or not getting MyPoints email. Although once when I changed email addresses with MyPoints I wasn't getting my bonus mail so I went into my account and checked the box again saying I wanted bonus mail and submitted it. That fixed the problem.
