I have a question, how do I know what my household ID # is? Or how do I even get one? They have missed sending me 2 checks so far and they won't answer my e-mails, and when I call the number I never get through to anybody. They tell me to leave a message with my household ID number and I can't find how to get one. Can someone please help?

Maybe it's your user ID number. Might be worth a shot.

Your household ID and password are listed on the same paper that your check is attached to. Also, they gave you your id in the first email they sent you. I never had to call them so far.... Hope this helps.

Your household ID# is in the emails they send you that contain the link to the survey. The emails come from scott@p***c***.com

That is also the addy to use when you send a question. "Karen Scott" is the name on all the emails that I receive.

I havent had any of these problems..but I have noticed Pinecone is kinda slacking on my checks... I did a survey and got a check.. but yet they still owe me another check due to I did another survey again???

I had been thinking they have been like a check behind on my account..but wasnt sure.. now I know they are.. so i am emailing them about it.

You know I was thinking about your problem.."lithium"...since ya cant remember your ID number.. maybe you could have a friend email them.. and give them your name and such, and tell them about your situation.. someone that is a member to Pinecone ??? Worth a try.. good luck :)

I often get surveys from them that aren't paid surveys. The emails for those state that the survey is to update household information (or something along those lines) and usually are shorter than the paid surveys and don't feature a specific product.

I've been with them for over four years and have never had any trouble. I hope that you're able to resolve your problem.

I had one with a sweepstakes entry last month I think. I just tried taking a survey that they sent me the info for and the page keeps getting stuck half way through. I have tried three times now and it is frustrating. Has this happened to anyone else before?
