I went to see a nutritionist back in January and she set me up on a healthy eating plan that is very similar to the Weight Watcher's Diet. The nutritionist doesn't like the word diet so she calls it an eating plan. lol I lost 16 pounds within the first two months. Good luck! I hope it works for you. :)
