Burned my hand

I burned my hand on some oil, while putting some fries in it.. Its not too bad, but it made me think of what my late father said to me... He goes "You know Denise, If you were the first cave person who invented fire, you would have burned yourself. Then you would have put out the flame and hid it from everyone!!" hehe I was always getting burned. I still do. He said fire would have never been discovered if I were the one to have invented it. ;)

I burned my arm on some oil this summer. The best thing I've found to put on burns is Nupercainal. Yes, this is hemorrhoid medicine, but it kills the pain and doesn't leave scars. My pharmacist recommended this several years ago, so we keep it on hand all the time. I've had two second degree burns (fairly large), used it on both, and don't have any scars. Just be sure to cool the burn down before using it. Hope your hand is better.
