Vividence ? Bad Amazon code

Anyone ever receive an Amazon gift certificate from Vividence that has already been used? A 1st for me. Anyone know how to contact them by e-mail? On their site all I can find is a snail mail addy. help!!!

I did some yahoo evaluations for them two days ago and got the gc today.
FYI, when yahoo says take our survey, my advice, take a look at it, i could be vividence.

Thanks for the help, guys. I contacted them and already heard back. Problem is solved some kind of glich I guess. Thought it was really strange for Vividence to send a bad one. Again thanks for the info.
