I'll try to make this short. Friend of mine(really friend of dead hubby) calls Mon. His gf threw him out, he is in a motel $200 a week.Wants to know if he can stay at my house for two weeks -will give me $100 a week and buy his own food. (I knew he has a drinking problem). So I was really considering it, but on Thursday he calls back to see if he can come fri. Then he starts TELLING me how he wants a key, he isn't going to be sitting outside, won't bring girls over(???!!!~) unless I say ok, etc.etc. So I tell him sorry, I don't think it will work out. Fri I am home in my pj's he comes madly ringing doorbell, I don't answer. Hour later he is back, same thing. This morning at 10 am he SHOWS UP WITH ALL HIS STUFF!!!! Gets mad and cusses me out when I won't let him stay! Did I suddenly stop speaking English when I said no??

Pretty creepy if you ask me. If he continues to harrass you call the police and tell him you are going to do just that.

i agree with you -only give him 5-10 minutes to get off your property (depending on if he has his crap with him on your porch)and call the cops!!

Turbob, before the police arrive, how are you going to protect yourself?
Do you have a big dog?
Good solid locks on your doors & windows?

You take care & protect yourself. I would NOT trust this guy.

I agree with everyone else. Get the police involved if he shows up again. This guy sounds like trouble.

whoa! did you suddenly start channeling his MOTHER??? oh hell no!! is this guy over 18? if so.. hate to say it but he ain't your problem!! you have kids? he ain't one of em..he needs to move on down the road. i mean for heavens sake..i heard somehwere that NO! requires no elaboration. what a doofus this guy is!! he was telling YOU how it was gonna be? ah..nope.
i had a "neighbor " come to my door recently...she pounded on my screen door for 10 minutes..so hard my wall shook!!! she got pissed and asked another neighbor why i wouldna speak to her..she knew i was home..so i told the 3rd party 1. yes i was there, 2.i pay the bills here and 3.therefor i have the right to answer my door or NOT as i see fit. it was comical the look on her face.
i'm with the otherposters, it's called harrasment..call the cops on his sorry butt.specialy if he is doing this in front of your kids (if in fact you have any children that is..*L*)!!
G'luck!

The guy sounds pretty stupid to me. I would call the cops real quick. I am glad that you aren't afarid of him but do you really know him that well. Did you expect him to act like he did. I wouldn't trust him and be a little scared because if he acted this hateful already you don't know what he will really do. Just be careful. If he has a drinking problem he could be a violent drunk and a drunk like that doesn't excluded anybody to his rage. Please Please be careful

I would for sure give the cops a ring and have them remove him, instead of taking matters into your own hands. This dude sounds a little creepy too me, id be scared out of my mind. Good Luck and stay safe..keep those doors n windows locked.

Just think... this man isn't even staying with you and the trouble he is causing...sends up alot of red flags....I would just tell him to find another place and not give him the time of day

I hope he doesn't come back but if he does call 911 right away. If he's so demanding like that you never know what he's going to do especially if he's been drinking.

ITA! I would call the cops the second he shows up again. You owe this man NOTHING! Let him stay at a motel. I wouldnt trust him around my kids if he acted like that unexpectedly. He sounds like he has lost a few marbles in his journey of life.
