Am I just to stupid???

This is making me nuts! I have had three different people tell me how to make my feedback link clickable and I still can't do it :confused: Can anyone help me??? Thanks to all who try...

If so, go to user cp, edit signature, above where you type your signature there is a small icon that looks like a globe. You click on there and it adds a hyperlink. Type whatever you want in the first pop up box...such as "my feedback link" then hit ok, in the second pop up put this http://www.bigbigforums.com/showthread.php3?t=323565

I must be the dumbest person on the planet!! I tried doing what I was told again and still can't get it to work. I even copied and pasted the info. It does say in the box above: The following errors occurred when this message was submitted.
Your signature can not be longer than 75 characters. Does this have anything to do with it??

Yes, you can only have a total of 75 characters in your signature. This includes spaces, comma's and everything else. I think this is new, because when I changed my signature it was previously longer. You may have to delete everything else out of your signature to put the link in there.

Yeah, you won't be allowed to have your link and also have other things... it's that way now because at one time almost everyones feedback was like 40 lines long and it slowed dialup users down so much that they couldn't read the board.

Also, the globe is the easiest way to do it, but you can also put before and after respectfully.

Where did you see it Luv?? Does it show up as clickable in the signature area or only when you post. Everytime I have done it I haven't seen it underlined so I thought it wasn't clickable.

It only shows up in the post, not in the user cp area.

Try it again, then come look in this thread at your signature.

If you hit reply and scroll down you will see where it says
"Automatically parse links" in text put a check mark there and see if it works for you.
Just copy and paste your link there and then post it with that checked.
