What is proper to wear to a wedding?It is in Oct. in Pa.

Color wise?
Is it ok to wear pants?
I havent ever been to a wedding so I dont know.

:confused: Any help would be appreciated...

Anything dressy or casual-dressy (slacks, skirt, dress etc..) in fallish type style/colors would be ok. Just don't wear all black unless the wedding colors are black. Around here it is considered disrespectful to wear all black to weddings unless the bridesmaids are in black, also no one is supposed to wear all white out of respect to the bride.

it would depend more on where it is and what time of day it is than month of the year. just follow seasonal guidelines within what is formally recommended for time of day and location of wedding.

You might want to find out what kind of wedding it is. Is it formal? Causual, do they have a theme? I know someone who got married in October a few years ago and they wanted everyone to dress western and I think someone on here had theirs at Halloween and people dressed up in costumes.

Colors - anything goes now, including black.
