I am terrified

I found a lump in my breast yesterday... I made an appt w/ my doctor today but my mom died of cancer at a very young age and I can't stop thinking about it... Please pray for me...

I am going back to bed now, I got up long enough to call my doc and post a bit... my stomach is all screwy today for some reason and I am running a little fever... blah... today is not my day...

Always assume that it is nothing. Most lumps are just cysts.

It's Monday at 10:30am...

Thank you again, to all of you who have said prayers... Hubby and I were looking last night and could not find the lump but I'm still gonna go in. I talked to my cousin, who's an RN, and she tells me that in women under 30 that the breasts are very cystic and that it's probably nothing... but I'm still gonna have it checked... she also told me that a doctor told her (she's breastfeeding and also found a lump not long ago) that it takes 5 years for a cancerous lump to get the size of a pea... but I don't know if that's really accurate cause I haven't read that on any webpages.
