Purity Rings?

I was just on the christian forum I hang out at and they were discussing this... have any of you guys bought them for your kids? I think they're a really good idea, even if you aren't a Christian. They make ones that say 'true love waits' which isn't necessarily a Christian thing, so it would work for everyone.
