All I did was click on the spot that said go to Redemption, clicked there and that was it. You might want to email them and explain your problelm.

It says that it takes up to a week and not to email them asking where your payment is.

I cashed out Saterday AM and am still waiting, but I think first time payouts might take a little longer while they verify your account.

my first payout was in paypal within 2 hours. I've been waiting on my second since the 17th but he does have 30 days
