Member Compensation
Each time a member is polled they may be entitled to various levels of compensation dictated by the sponsor/client of each poll or query. The compensation amount will appear at the beginning of the query and may be in the form of cash, points (hotel or car rental), miles (airlines), or entry into a contest or sweepstakes which means that no cash, points, or miles are awarded and respondents to these polls are eligible for the specific contest or sweepstakes.
Member Compensation Payments and Accounting
PollCast will aggregate each member’s account which is accessible and viewable by each member on the web site. Payouts to the members will be done on a monthly basis or the member reserves the right to accumulate and aggregate compensation and dictate timing and accounts for the compensation to be paid. Please note that the email address you have provided us will be a critical part of the compensation process, so please ensure that it is accurate.
Compensation Shelf Life
All compensation earned in the calendar year must be redeemed in the calendar year earned or be forfeited at midnight on December 31 of the current calendar year. No compensation will be carried over to the next calendar year.
Initial Member Compensation Method
Members who earn dollars will be able to collect via PayPaltm in the near future. If you are not a current Paypal member, you can click on the following link to review PayPal: www.paypal.com. Please note you do not need to sign up with PayPal right now, although you can if you like.
