I decided to print out my account history on 6-10-04. Today I checked to see if anything had changed, and it didn't show one of the gift certificates I ordered on 7-11-03. Does this mean they have shipped it? I sent them an email, maybe they will respond.

HI Stevie,
From what I've read, their system only shows the past year's requests. Rest assured that the order is not lost. Probably not shipped yet either, but it's not lost.
I finally got an order I had made from last year, to so there is hope.
Just be patient. You'll get an email when they DO finally ship the reward.
Since your order was from 7/11/03 and it is now 7/21/04, the year has passed, and the system no long shows the entry, but it is there.
Keep your June printout in case you need it.

I went to their help section and asked them about my "over a year old" listing not being there anymore and they sent me an email with a list of all my reward orders and told me to save it for my records :(

I also have one gc that was on my reward orders not filled, I was hoping that it had been sent out, but now I know better. :mad: :(
