basically saying "no payment for survey". Oh, well!
am sorry for the confusion but the invitation to this survey was not sent
via email but from a Direct Mail piece that was mailed to a very specific
list. Â No where on the direct mail piece does it say "please share with
others". Â We had no intention of defrauding people. Somehow the address was
circulated on the Internet for people just trying to collect the $10
certificate. Â
We have very specific terms and conditions on the site to protect the
integrity of our data, one of which I have quoted below:
Bellwether reserves the right to extend or cancel the promotion if
circumstances require this in the promoter's absolute discretion including
(but not limited to) technical problems with the website or the operation of
any aspect of this draw or for any reason beyond the reasonable control of
the promoter which adversely affects (or is reasonably likely to affect) the
administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the
