My brother wants McDonald's, so that will be dinner. I am thinking I want a veggie sub from Subway instead.

We are having tacos and burritos tonight per my son's request. I was too tired last night so we ended up with take out. I'm kinda pampering my son, he's going to my grandmothers for 3 weeks next Saturday and I'm going to miss him. :(

White trash for us tonight, aka Salisbury steak with mashed potatoes and corn. It's called white trash because my abuela told me the first time I made this that it was a white trash meal.

I decided. I'm making home made pasta salad with lots of veggies, bread and fresh berries for dessert.

Had leftover pork ribs from dinner yesterday.
I picked the meat off the bones and reheated it for pork bbq rib sandwiches.
Fresh corn on the cob, green beans, watermelon, and A & W Rootbeer.

One person (nonmeat eater) had bbq chicken instead of the pork.

Yum Yum!

Well we just finished eating, and we had steak patties, mashed potatoes and gravy, sliced tomatoes, corn on the cob, and cantaloupe. I was going to make a banana nut bread for dessert, but we are all so full. If I make it, we'll have it for tomorrow.

Umm, isn't chicken meat? Or is it like fish where it isn't? The veggie rules baffle me. :o
