need cheesecake recipe...Please..

I want to make hubby a cheese cake, but need a fairly easy recipe. So if anyone has one please please share with me..

Buy two 8 oz packages of Philidelphia cream cheese. Use the recipe inside the box, its great!

Marcia, if you can afford it, go to Publix tomorrow. The deli/bakery has fantastic ones but expensive. I get them at Lowe's Foods here and 12 slices run about $14.00 and worth every morsel. I only do it for family gatherings :) I've never made a successful cheesecake in my life...Good luck whatever you decide :)

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 graham cracker crumb crust


Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, mix well. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool - refrigerate 3 hours. Top with fresh fruit if desired.

I make the one on Philadelphia cream chease box. Once my family tasted it everyone wanted the recipe. it calls for 5 packages of cream cheese pm me if you want it I have the box here because I am makin mini cheese cakes in cup cake holers lol
