I know I asked you all about what herbs you take. Do you know about what I can do if my period just won't end? I have had this before and now I am frustrated. I don't want to go back to the gyno and deal with meds and other tests. I am still paying off tests from Feb/April of this year. I know I am having a bad one due to skipping last month and hormone problems. I just want it to go away....!! Any suggestions? I do plan on seeing the doc for another check up in July or August.

Ask your doc (by phone) before you do it... but I stop mine (cause it won't stop by itself) w/ 600 mgs of motrin every 6 hours... you have to take it religiously until it stops or you'll be taking it for no reason.

Motrin is good - take it w/ food though.

My Gyne told me to go to my favorite local pharmacist and ask her.
She was excellent in pointing out the herbal/vitamin choices,
ones that sold most often,
and it wasn't the most $$$ one either.

Why didn't God create this little turn handle when
we ladies needed it to just turnnnnnn offfff the prooooblem?

Sending hugs your direction!
Angie

First, this isn't my problem yet, so I'm no specialist. My mom has been showing men-signs since she was 30 (over 20 years now), the docs still don't know where she is at this moment, but things have slowed down quite a bit, ah-hem. She asked about treatments, hormones, herbs, anything. She was recommended, are you ready, REALLY READY???? She was recommended to 'let nature do her thing' as opposed to any treatment, even soy. AT THIS POINT. I guess that could change. She doesn't suffer horrible symptoms like some, but enough to 'not feel real great all the time'. "nature" is always a way to try if you don't mind the suffering, I suppose....

Thanks for your replies...I am going to investigate the herbal options. I am currently drinking cinamon tea daily...it is supposed to cut down things and regulate it...let's see... :D
