I'd like to but my son is only 6 and when I recently viewed the last 2 he was bored and a bit scared. Unless I can get a sitter, I will have to wait for video/dvd..

Let us know how it is!!!

We would love to go but just can't afford to take a family of six to the movies. So we will have to wait for it to come out on DVD. :(

It IS expensive....for the three of us to see Shrek (DH, DS and me) it was nearly 20 dollars and that was a noon show....

Maybe you can find a discount house. With schools being out soon, sometimes there are matinees that are cheaper on certain days. My sister has 4 kids and they hardly go to the movies.

I'm taking my son to see it on Saturday. There is a cheap theater in our area that charges only $5 for all showtimes on Tuesdays and matinees on the weekends. After 6:00pm it's $6.50. We have another theater in our area that just opened a few years ago. It's really nice but it's over $10 to see a movie no matter when you go but they do have stadium seating which is cool.

I haven't seen the other two Harry Potter movies, so I'll be skipping this one also. I imagine it will open big as the other two! $5.50 for matinees here, no idea what evening shows cost! There are quite a few movie theaters to choose from, so I assume most are within the same price range. We always go to matinees, as it's cheaper. We usually see two for the price of one, if ya catch my drift. haha

We all want to but not sure if we want to fight the crowds this weekend.

Me and Jaime are going Friday night. Bought tickets last night since they sold out the last 2 times days before. We are going to get in line at about 4:00 even though the movie starts at 7:30 because people line up real early to ensure they are let in first so they get good seats. I'm excited.

Here matinees are $6.75, students $7.50, and adults $9.00
