Jim won the weight loss prize on Dr. Phil. I haven't been keeping up with the weight loss challenge but Jim lost the most weight. Go to www.drphil.com and read about it. He gave so many prizes to the winners. He also said we can get two or three free days at Gold's Gym for mentioning Dr. Phil but those places like to sign people up for a year or so. Not really free when you get the hard sell.

There Are A Lot Of Shows That I Don't Watch, But I Still Like To Keep Track Of Them.
