:( I am seriousily bummed and have been since the 18th, the day my divorce was SUPPOSED to be final, long story short the paperwork wasa screwed up and now the next court date is in roughily a month and a couple of days. This has dragged on and on and I want OUT. :rolleyes:

Your out is coming.It may take a little longer but atleast you found out now there was a problem instead of later. Good Luck.

You've waited this long so another few days won't be so bad. I think that I find as I get older, time seems to go so much faster.

find something to bide your time and don't think about it then the time will go faster, just think you will be free soon and then you won't have to deal with it, hugs!!!!!!!!!

I feel your Pain! mine was just finalized yesterday after waiting TWO years...hang in there, the day will come!

One of my friends was going through a divorce for almost 2 yrs! Hang in there, it will be over soon. {{{Hugs}}}

Im sorry, just think before you know it, it will be done and over with. Than you will be a free women to do what you want. Think about all the things you can do.

Take one day at a time. You're a strong woman and will make it through the next month until it gets finalized.

mine took forever too. It got started in September of 2002, was finalized in October 2003. But hey, now Im free, and I can give him the finger whenever I feel froggy enough to shoot it in his direction

It took me 2 years too. My father paid 1/2 and was willing to pay for it all until I had the papers changed to suit the ex. My bad, there. But anyway, I told my ex, you want it this way, you have to pay the other 1/2. Took him that long to do it.

My divorce took that long. I assumed mine was finalized, and did not check.
I should have. Ex moved to different state, and his lawyer told me he was "taking care of everything." Didn't happen. I should have gotten my butt to Maryland, could not afford transportation at the time. It'll come, though. Keep the faith.
