Go to the CONTACT US they will get back to you pretty fast. When you order don't you need to check that you will use GC?

Yes..right befor you confirm order there is a little box to check if you want to apply the amount in your GC account.

I had this happen to me once - some of the businesses that sell through amazon don't accept gc's (Circuit city is one). I have done a fair amount of shopping w/amazon and have never had a bad experience, but you will get things done a lot faster if you call.
