I found this recipe for slowcooker scalloped potatoes with ham. I was just wondering if anyone has ever tried this and if so how did it come out.

Nope, I make mine in the micro. Much faster and they have a creamier texture and easier clean up of the pan.

I make mine out of a box LOL but the recipe sounds absolutely fabulous! I am going to try to make it this weekend :D thanks!!!

I made it once. I overcooked it. Tasted really good in the middle.
Before this, I never thought the crockpot ever overcooked.
