ah they are a pain! Doing the bottom teeth is more painful than upper teeth as days go on. Foamy and I had hard time tryin not to have to spit while doing that lol

Did they work for you? They have some now that you can sleep with but I can't imagine sleeping with all the yuck in my mouth. Maybe I'll get my dentist to do the tray thing for me. It's stronger whitening stuff and works faster, or so I'm told.
