Another wrong number vent!!!!!

Some jack@ss called our cell phone this morning at 3 am..we had a very busy and exhausting weekend and the last thing I needed was the cell to go off! (I unplug my regular phone for this reason.) Only about 2 people have my cell # so I know it wasn't them....Well, we settle back down and it goes off again about 3:20...I yank the thing out of the wall and finally shut off the ringer.

Who calls someone 3 am on a Monday morning??? (maybe I am living in the past..it seems a wacky hour to call anyone on a work day).

It took me until 4 am to get back to sleep and then I had to get up at 5:30....

Some people just don't seem to realize that it's rude to call people all hours of the night. I don't answer my phone between the hours of 9pm and 8am I do leave it plugged in so I can see the caller ID in case it is an emergency.

Sorry that happened. Can you turn your cell phone off at night? I hardly ever have mine turned on. I don't have many people that actually call me on my cell phone so it's not like I would really be missing any calls. I used to leave it on stand by all the time but I was constantly having to charge the battery every couple of days. I haven't charged it now in about two weeks. lol

Yes, I can shut it off..it's just for the school to call me in case they can't reach me and my son is sick or something. I just forgot...all this technology is just annoying! :)

I basically use my cell phone if I'm out and need to make a call. I hate using dirty pay phones. Only a couple of people have my cell phone number so I don't really need to keep it turned on. They have other ways of reaching me if they have to. It's scary getting phone calls at a time like that. I'm glad it was just a wrong number as annoying as it is. lol

DH and I both have are regular wrong numbers that call all the time. Mine will ask if there are 10 differant names at this number and if I hang up, they call back asking for someone else. ITs so annoying, that usually DH is the only one that calls me, so I answer my phone "what do you want?" really loud. The wrong numbers have decreased by %75 :D

we used to get some one calling herethinking this was a lawyers office
and it would be the person over and over again
until my son who is 15 answered the phone when the same person ask if this was a lawyers office he said no this is the Hudson county M E office
thay never called back again
